Every healthcare AI assistant is built backwards. Companies start with what technology can do, then build for a million people. The result gets me 97% of the way there and leaves me with the last 3%, the part that takes forty emails and phone calls. But that last 3% is The Whole Pointâ„¢.
I don't want an app telling me to file an insurance claim. I want to text someone a receipt and have them submit it, chase down the insurance company and make sure I get paid. I don't want the next step, I want it off my mind. Because never having to think about task x again is The Whole Pointâ„¢.
So I'm building what I wish existed: a) one iMessage number b) it does any healthcare task all the way c) its initially built just for me and a few friends.
Maybe it never scales. Who cares? Right now, I have more important problems. I am only obsessed about building the perfect product for myself that doesn't miss The Whole Pointâ„¢.
